About Me

I'm a qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, offering you a space to explore what truly matters, whether individually or as a couple.

I am a parent, and am a therapist alongside having a part-time conventional job. My love for being in nature, brings a grounded perspective to my work.

Being neurodivergent, and part of a neurodiverse family, has profoundly shaped my practice. I've learned firsthand how to connect with different ways of thinking and communicating. I bring my experience of bridging these divides, working with diverse cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse clients, into my work as a therapist.

As a therapist I want you to feel genuinely seen and heard, celebrating all parts of who you are. I offer a welcoming and affirming space where you can let go of masks, explore underlying issues, and overcome the underlying barriers between you and you building the secure relationships and the life that you want.
